Rina and Jacob are artists living in Prescott. We love exploring the Verde Valley and especially enjoy the Verde River. It has been a dream of ours to spend more time here. One day on a whim after kayaking we looked at Zillow and fell in love with a beautiful property that is so close to the river you can hear it! We still work in Prescott and will be visiting the property a lot but it is way more space than we need. So we will be renting 2 cottages out. We are creative, community-minded people who love nature and we look forward to sharing this magical spot with people who will appreciate it as much as we do.

Each cottage is self-contained with private entrance and parking. It is walking distance from the playground, bus stop, train depot, downtown Clarkdale, and the Tuzigoot River Access Park. The neighborhood is quiet and sanctuary-like with cozy outdoor seating areas for each unit.

There is a large Great Room between each cottage where we will stay and create art on weekends while working on projects around the property. Plus we’ll have our vintage 1947 Westwood Camper in the south side driveway.
